From 22nd to 24th May, six students of ours had the chance to take part in the International Sales Week hosted by the Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology
This international week is about negotiation challenges taken up by several European universities and institutions of higher education.
Julien, a 5th year student, tells us about his experience: "I really enjoyed taking part in the ISW. The first round was a 5-minute pitch, in which we explained why we were the best person to hire for an international sales manager position. I was lucky enough to win this one! After that, we prepared a needs assessment, the aim of which was to find out what the client's needs were. Finally, we carried out a negotiation on various aspects: price, delivery conditions, payment terms, etc. This experience was a good way of reminding us of the importance of International Studies in our ESTA classes and of meeting new people."

Next year, it's our turn to organise the International Sales Week at ESTA, and we are looking forward to supporting all the participating students to discover Belfort and France !
